About This Place

Nestled in the heart of Las Vegas at 4155 S Buffalo Dr #103, Cafe de Manila invites you on an unforgettable culinary journey through the rich and vibrant flavors of authentic Filipino cuisine. This gem of a restaurant offers a warm, inviting atmosphere—with beautifully curated decor and remarkably attentive service that immediately makes you feel like family.

From the moment you walk in, the aroma of home-cooked Filipino dishes fills the air, promising a meal that’s both comforting and exciting. The menu is an impressive collection of beloved classics that showcase the depth and diversity of Philippine gastronomy. Popular dishes such as Chicken Afritada simmer with rich tomato-based goodness, while the crispy, golden Lumpiang Shanghai offers an irresistible crunch. Food lovers will find themselves drawn to the indulgent Crispy Pata Kare Kare, where tender pork hock meets a luscious peanut sauce, bursting with traditional flavors.

The culinary craftsmanship extends beyond hearty entrees. Dive into a bowl of vibrant Pancit Palabok, layered with shrimp, garlic, and savory sauce, or savor the uniquely tangy Dinuguan, a pig’s blood stew that’s both adventurous and deeply satisfying. For seafood and meat enthusiasts, the Sisigsilog perfectly balances crispy pork and garlicky rice, while dishes like Sinigang Na Baboy deliver a refreshing, sour tamarind broth that rejuvenates the palate.

No Filipino meal is complete without a touch of sweetness and refreshment, and here, classics like Halo Halo serve as delightful, colorful desserts filled with shaved ice, beans, jellies, and creamy leche flan. Complement these with freshly squeezed Calamansi Juice or the ever-popular Garlic Fried Rice as a staple side that elevates every bite.

Guests repeatedly praise Cafe de Manila for its authenticity and warmth. One visitor, Orange Barr, shared that their food experience was nothing short of “delicious, flavorful and freshly cooked to order” in a “clean, beautifully decorated” setting. Another first-timer, Gabby Ventura, was touched by the friendly and attentive service by staff members Rockie and Dhey, remarking that each dish was “well plated and the flavor was spot on.” This combination of mouthwatering dishes and heartfelt hospitality makes Cafe de Manila a standout destination for both longtime aficionados and newcomers eager to explore Filipino cuisine.

Whether you’re craving the smoky, savory goodness of Beef Kaldereta, the vibrant spices of Pad Thai, or the comforting warmth of Beef Soup, Cafe de Manila delivers every dish with genuine passion and consistency. The complimentary peanuts served upon arrival add a charming touch that echoes the spirit of traditional Filipino dining.

For a truly authentic taste of the Philippines right in Las Vegas, Cafe de Manila promises a feast that excites, comforts, and delights—making each visit a cherished experience. This is Filipino food as it should be: heartfelt, flavorful, and utterly unforgettable.

2023Jun22,Thu: If you’re craving for some delicious home cooked authentic tic Filipino dishes - look no further and head on straight to “Cafe De Manila”. They have a wide array of dishes to choose from and the one’s we ordered were all delicious, flavorful and freshly cooked to order. The place is very clean, beautifully decorated for a “sit down” restaurant. We were immediately given a warm greeting and welcome from “Ate Jean”. She is a very gracious hostess with a customer service that exceeds expectations. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely return and try other dishes.

OMG - I love Filipino food and have had it everywhere from the NYC to LA and everywhere in between. I am newly relocatied to my favorite city Las Vegas, which has a good sized Filipino community. When I searched on Google for the restaurants close to me this one came up first. After checking out the menu and prices, I was excited and placed a call in order for my three favorites to 1) chicken skin 2) Lechon Kawali 3) crispy Pata. When I called in my lunchtime order from home I was initially told that chicken skin was not available, so I proceeded with the other two items. At the end she said they could have chicken skin for me if I could wait for about 45 minutes. Of course I can was my response, ado my order was complete. As agreed I arrived at the agreed time and was promptly greeted by a friendly staff who informed me that my order was almost ready and they had also given me a complimentary dessert as well. All I can say is that all of the food was piping hot, delicious. I was so hungry and excited when I got back home I forgot to take photos. I ate the chicken skin while driving home and it was so delicious I wanted to go back for more, but I kept going. Upon arriving home my next target was the Crispy Pata. First of all, this was the biggest piece of pork goodness I’ve ever seen before and I’ve had this dish in many places, but Cafe de Manila took it to a whole new level. The skin was super crispy and delicious, but the inside lean meat was moist snd juicy. After eating only about half of it (a first for me) I was so full I had no room for my other favorite the Lechon Kawaii. I did manage to taste one small piece and it was beautiful cooked and tasty as well, At the end of the day I was in Filipino Food Heaven. I ended up purring my leftovers in the freezer but will be enjoying the rest soon. Please stop by Cafe De Manila on S. Buffalo in Vegas if you’re anywhere close by. It is definitely worth the drive and the wait.

Different Filipino restaurants make their chicken adobo a little different, but this type is our favorite. It's got the thicker sauce, and the very powerful flavors that are good enough to pour all over your rice. And bruh, that halo-halo has ice, but I'm telling y'all, it's fire.
